1965: Jack Fisher pitches a complete game in a 2-1 Mets win over the Pirates at Pittsburgh.

1968: Jerry Koosman hurls a complete game shutout in a 5-0 Mets win over the Cubs at Chicago.

1975: Jerry Koosman pitches a shutout in a 1-0 Mets win over the Astros at Shea Stadium.

1976: The Mets defeat the Dodgers, 11-0, at Los Angeles. Dave Kingman hits three home runs and Tom Seaver pitches a three-hit shutout.

1977: Nino Espinosa and Skip Lockwood combine for a shutout in a 2-0 Mets win over the Phillies at Shea Stadium.

1988: Kevin McReynolds hits a home run in the 13th inning to give the Mets a 6-5 victory over the Cubs at Shea Stadium. It is the second time in three days that the Mets win on a homer in the 13th.
