1963: Al Jackson hurls a complete game in a 3-1 Mets win over the Phillies at the Polo Grounds.

1966: Bob Shaw pitches a complete game four-hitter in a 2-1 Mets victory over the Cardinals. It is the team's first win ever at new Busch Memorial Stadium.

1967: Jack Fisher pitches a two-hit shutout in a 2-0 Mets win over the Phillies at Philadelphia.

1968: Dick Selma and Al Jackson combine on a seven-hitter in a 5-1 Mets win over the Dodgers at Shea Stadium.

1974: John Milner hits two homers and Rusty Staub hits one in a 3-1 Mets win over the Phillies at Philadelphia.

1977: Steve Henderson hits a three-run homer in the 11th inning to give the Mets a 5-2 win over the Braves at Shea Stadium. The homer is the first for Henderson in his major league career.

1984: The Mets defeat the Phillies, 10-7, at Shea Stadium to go into first place in the National League East Division.

1996: Todd Hundley and Bernard Gilkey combine for three two-run homers in a 9-4 Mets win over the Reds at Shea Stadium.

1998: The Mets conclude a three-game series with a 3-2 win over the Marlins at Shea Stadium.

2002: The Mets score a run in the bottom of the ninth inning for a 4-3 win over the Royals at Shea Stadium.

2006: Jose Reyes hits for the cycle in the Mets' 6-5 loss to the Reds.

2013: The Mets come back from a three-run deficit for a 4-3 win over the Phillies at Philadelphia.

2014: Jacob deGrom pitches seven scoreless innings for his first major league win in a 4-0 Mets victory over the Marlins at Miami.
