1986: The Mets defeat the Pirates, 6-5, at Shea Stadium. Darryl Strawberry's ninth-inning single drives home Mookie Wilson with the winning run.
1988: Lee Mazzilli singles home the winning run in the 12th inning for a 2-1 Mets victory over the Cardinals at Shea Stadium.
1990: The Mets sweep a doubleheader with 15-10 and 9-6 wins over the Cubs at Chicago. The Mets accumulate 36 hits in the twinbill.

2001: The Mets come back from a six-run deficit to defeat the Orioles, 7-6, in 10 innings at Baltimore.
2004: The Mets end a five-game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Royals in Kansas City.
2009: The Mets get 16 hits in a 6-2 win over the Yankees.
2010: Jesus Feliciano gets his first two major league hits in the Mets' 11-4 win over the Orioles at Baltimore.
2012: R. A. Dickey pitches a one-hitter and strikes out twelve batters in a 9-1 Mets win over the Tampa Bay Rays in St. Petersburg.
