Josh Satin is an infielder for the Mets. He joined the team from their AAA-level affiliate in Buffalo in 2011.

As a Met in ’11, Satin played in 15 games. He had five hits and three runs scored for the team during the season’s final month. In his major league debut on September 4, Josh singled and scored a run in the Mets’ 6-3 win at Washington. He had a two-run double in a 6-5 Mets loss at St. Louis on September 21. Satin also singled and scored a run in the Mets’ 3-0 victory over the Reds at Citi Field on September 28.

In 2013, Satin hit a run-scoring double that put the Mets ahead to stay in a 4-3 win over the Braves at Atlanta on June 20. He hit two doubles and a game-tying single in the ninth inning of a 5-4 Mets victory over the Diamondbacks on July 1 at Citi Field. One night later, Josh had a run-scoring double to put the Mets ahead to stay in a 9-1 win over the D'Backs. He singled, doubled twice and scored a run in the Mets' 2-1 victory over the Brewers at Milwaukee on July 7. Satin had two singles, a double and a run scored in an 11-3 Mets rout of the Nationals at Washington on August 31. He hit a two-run single in the ninth inning to give the Mets a 5-4 win over the Giants on September 18 at Citi Field.
