Dillon Gee is a pitcher for the Mets. He joined the team in 2010.

Drafted by the Mets in 2007, Gee was called up to the Mets from AAA-level Buffalo in September of ’10. In his major league debut on September 7, he pitched seven innings of two-hit ball for the win and singled home a run in a 4-1 Mets victory over the Nationals at Washington. Dillon also had seven innings pitched and chalked up the win in a 5-2 Mets triumph at Philadelphia on September 25.

In 2011, Gee led the Mets with 13 wins. He had 114 strikeouts in 160 and two-thirds innings pitched for the season. At Atlanta on April 17, Dillon was the winning pitcher in the Mets’ 3-2 victory over the Braves. He allowed only two hits in seven and two-thirds innings to earn the win in a 1-0 Mets triumph over the Nationals at Citi Field on May 19. Gee struck out eight batters in seven innings and got the win in a 7-3 Mets victory over the Pirates on May 30 at Citi Field. He hurled seven scoreless innings for the win in the Mets’ 5-0 triumph over the Braves at Citi Field on June 4. Dillon pitched six and two-thirds innings for the win and had a run-scoring single in an 8-5 Mets victory at Washington on July 29. He fanned six batters in six innings and picked up the win in a 5-1 Mets triumph over the Marlins in the second game of a doubleheader at Citi Field on August 29. Gee also hurled six innings and got the win in the Mets’ 6-3 victory over the Phillies in a doubleheader nightcap at Citi Field on September 24.

In 2012, Gee continued to be a regular in the Mets’ starting rotation. At Atlanta on April 16, he pitched seven innings for the win in the Mets’ 6-1 victory over the Braves. Dillon struck out nine batters in seven innings, doubled and scored in run in a 6-1 Mets win over the Padres on May 25 at Citi Field. He fanned nine hitters in seven and one-third innings and had a double with a run scored in a 4-3 Mets triumph over the Orioles at Citi Field on June 20. Gee had eight innings pitched and got the win in a 3-1 Mets victory over the Cubs at Citi Field on July 7.

In 2013, Gee struck out six batters in five and two-thirds innings and got the win in a 2-0 Mets victory over the Nationals at Citi Field on April 21. He hurled five innings and recorded the win in a 7-6 Mets triumph over the Marlins at Miami on May 1. Dillon struck out twelve batters and got the win in the Mets' 3-1 victory over the Yankees on May 30. He hit a run-scoring single and pitched seven innings for the win in a 10-1 Mets rout of the Nationals at Washington on June 5. Gee hurled six innings and chalked up the win in the Mets' 5-1 triumph over the Nats on June 29 at Citi Field. He had six and two-thirds innings pitched for the win in a 4-2 Mets victory over the Pirates at Pittsburgh on July 14. Dillon pitched seven and two-thirds innings and got the win in a 2-1 Mets victory over the Rockies on August 8 at Citi Field. He recorded nine strikeouts in seven and two-thirds innings for the win in a 6-1 Mets triumph over the Twins at Minnesota on August 19. Gee chalked up his tenth win of the year in a 3-2 Mets victory over the Nationals at Washington on August 30. He pitched seven innings and hit a run-scoring single in a 5-2 Mets win over the Braves at Atlanta on September 4. Dillon hurled six innings for the win in a rain-shortened 5-4 Mets triumph over the Phillies at Philadelphia on September 21.

In 2014, Gee pitched seven innings of three-hit scoreless ball and got the win in the Mets' 5-2 victory over the Diamondbacks at Arizona on April 16. He yielded only three hits in eight innings for the win in a 4-0 Mets triumph over the Marlins on April 27 at Citi Field. Dillon hurled six scoreless innings and chalked up the win in a 5-1 Mets victory over the Rockies at Colorado on May 4. In his first game following a stint on the disabled list, he pitched seven innings for the win in a 4-1 Mets triumph over the Braves at Citi Field on July 9.
