1964: Tracy Stallard pitches a complete game and Jim Hickman hits a grand slam in a 4-2 Mets win over the Pirates at Shea Stadium.

1969: Tommie Agee's 14th inning home run gives the Mets a 1-0 win over Juan Marichal and the Giants at Shea Stadium.

1978: The Mets score four runs in the sixth inning to break a tie in an eventual 8-4 win over the Dodgers at Shea Stadium.

1983: Ron Hodges hits a run-scoring double in the 10th inning to give the Mets a 7-6 win over the Giants at San Francisco.

1990: The Mets hold off a Giants comeback effort and come away with a 10-9 win at San Francisco. Kevin McReynolds drives in six runs in the game.
