Vic Darensbourg

Vic Darensbourg was a pitcher for the Mets in 2004. He made five relief appearances for the team. Darensbourg had five and two-thirds innings pitched as a Met.
Darensbourg joined the Mets as a free agent during the ’04 season. At Shea Stadium on September 11, he was tagged with the loss in an 11-9 Mets defeat to the Phillies. Vic also pitched a scoreless eighth inning in the Mets’ 6-1 loss at Montreal on September 21.
In 2005, Darensbourg concluded his career as a major leaguer with the Tigers. He continued to pitch in minor and independent leagues until 2009.
