Terry McDaniel

Terry McDaniel was an outfielder for the Mets in 1991. He played in 23 games with the team. McDaniel collected six hits and two runs batted in as a Met.
McDaniel joined the Mets in August of the ’91 season. He had a run-scoring double for his first major league hit in an 8-7 Mets win at Cincinnati on August 31. Terry drove in a run with a single in the Mets’ 4-1 victory at Chicago on September 11. He also singled twice and scored a run in a 4-3 Mets win over the Phillies on September 29 at Shea Stadium.
In 1992, McDaniel played in the Reds’ minor league system. He later spent three years with independent league teams. Terry played his final season of professional baseball with the Northeast League’s Albany Diamond Dogs in 1996.
