Ryan McGuire

Ryan McGuire was an outfielder for the Mets in 2000. He played in one game with the team. McGuire had two hitless at bats and a walk as a Met.

McGuire spent three seasons with the Expos before coming to the Mets in 2000. He made his lone appearance for the orange and blue in a 15-5 defeat to the Devil Rays at Shea Stadium on June 4. Ryan also played in 122 games for the Mets' AAA-level team in Norfolk during the year.

McGuire played for the Florida Marlins and Baltimore Orioles over the next two seasons. He concluded his career in the minor leagues in 2003.
