Josh Stinson is a pitcher for the Mets. He joined the team in 2011.
Stinson appeared in 14 games in relief for the Mets in the ’11 season. At Washington on September 2, he made his major league debut with one and two-thirds scoreless innings in the Mets’ 7-3 win over the Nationals. Josh pitched a perfect 12th inning to record his first major league save in a 7-4 Mets victory at Florida on September 6. He also had one scoreless inning pitched in a 12-2 Mets triumph at Atlanta on September 16.
