Joe Nolan

Joe Nolan was a catcher for the Mets in 1972. He appeared in four games with the team. Nolan was hitless in 10 at bats and had one walk as a Met.

From 1975 to 1985, Nolan played in the major leagues with the Braves, Reds and Orioles. He completed his career with a .263 batting average in 621 games played. Joe was a member of the 1981 Cincinnati team that had baseball's best record. He was also part of the World Champion Baltimore team in 1983.
