Danny Graves was a pitcher for the Mets in 2005. He made 20 relief appearances for the team. Graves had 12 strikeouts in 20 and one-third innings pitched as a Met.

In ’05, Graves joined the Mets after ten seasons with the Indians and Reds. He pitched the final two innings of the Mets’ 10-3 victory over the Yankees on June 25. Danny hurled a scoreless ninth inning to close out a 12-0 Mets win over the Padres on July 21 at Shea Stadium. He also recorded the last two outs of the Mets’ 9-1 victory at San Diego on August 10.

Graves pitched in 13 games for the Indians in 2006. He spent the 2007 season with the Long Island Ducks of the independent Atlantic League. Danny concluded his career in the Twins’ minor league system in 2008.
