Ced Landrum was an outfielder for the Mets in 1993. He played in 22 games with the team. Landrum had five hits and two runs scored as a Met.
Landrum signed with the Mets as a free agent during the ’93 season. In his debut with the team on August 13, he scored a run in a 9-5 Mets loss at Philadelphia. Ced had a pinch-hit double in the Mets’ 5-4 win over the Reds at Shea Stadium on August 24. He had a run-scoring single in a 9-8 Mets defeat at Chicago on September 4. Landrum also singled and scored in the Mets' 3-2 win in 10 innings at Atlanta on September 18.
In 1995, Landrum played for the Rockies’ AAA-level team in Colorado Springs to conclude his career.
