Brian Lawrence

Brian Lawrence was a pitcher for the Mets in 2007. He made six starts for the team. Lawrence had one win and 18 strikeouts as a Met.

Lawrence joined the Mets after five seasons with the San Diego Padres. At Milwaukee on August 2, he pitched five innings and recorded the win in the Mets’ 12-4 triumph over the Brewers. Brian also had six strikeouts in six innings in a 4-3 Mets loss to the Marlins on August 10 at Shea Stadium.

In 2008 and 2009, Lawrence pitched in minor and independent leagues. He had an 11-8 won-lost record with the Marlins AAA-level team in New Orleans in 2010. Brian pitched for the Angels’ AAA-level team in Salt Lake City in 2011.
