Brad Clontz

Brad Clontz was a pitcher for the Mets in 1998. He made two relief appearances for the team. Clontz had three innings pitched and two strikeouts as a Met.

Clontz came to the Mets in a trade with the Dodgers on June 4, 1998. One day later, he pitched a scoreless inning in the Mets' 9-2 win at Boston. Brad also pitched two innings in a 16-4 Mets loss at Philadelphia on September 8.

In 1999 and 2000, Clontz pitched in 61 games for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He pitched five more years in the minor leagues to conclude his career.
