Bob Gallagher was an outfielder for the Mets in 1975. He played in 33 games with the team. Gallagher had two hits and five runs scored as a Met.

Gallagher was acquired by the Mets from the Astros in a trade for Ken Boswell after the 1974 season. In '75, he played all three outfield positions. Gallagher also had a single in the 10th inning and a run scored in the 12th in the Mets' 3-2 win in the second game of a doubleheader at Philadelphia on September 26.

In March of 1976, Gallagher was dealt to the San Francisco Giants. He played the '76 season with the Giants' AAA-level team in Phoenix to conclude his career.
