Benny Ayala is a former Mets Left Fielder.

Benny started his career with the Mets in 1974. Then after the season he was free-agent for the entire 1975 year. Then in 1976 he came back to the Mets for one more year. He hit a homerun in his first at bat in the majors just like Mike Jacobs.
