Looking for his 300th win Tom Glavine went out to pitch against the Cubs at Wrigley Field. He pitched 6.1 inning throwing 102 with 58 of them for strikes.
The Mets batters really helped Tom in this game. Carlos Delgado had two RBI doubles, he had four RBI in the game. Jose Reyes went 6-3 scoring two runs with one RBI and a triple. And Luis Castillo went 5-4 with a double scoring two runs.
Tom got the win, and right now it looks like he may be the last one to reach the 300 win millstone.
