1967: The Mets sweep a doubleheader, 3-0 and 11-9, over the Pirates at Shea Stadium. Tom Seaver pitches hit first career shutout in the opener. The Mets score five runs in the eighth inning for a comeback win in the nightcap.

1974: Jon Matlack pitches a four-hit shutout against the Dodgers at Shea Stadium. The Mets win, 3-0.

1982: The Mets score three runs in the seventh inning for a 6-4 comeback win over the Cubs at Shea Stadium.

1983: Tom Seaver records his last win at Shea Stadium. The Mets defeat the Cubs, 5-1.

2004: The Mets get seven extra-base hits in a 10-6 win over the Diamondbacks. Kris Benson gets credit for the win in his first start at Shea Stadium as a Met.

2010: R. A. Dickey pitches a one-hit shutout over the Phillies at Citi Field. The Mets win, 1-0.
